Overview

The Huntron Tracker 3200S is an advanced power-off analog signature analyzer with expanded capabilities for comprehensive semiconductor testing and circuit board diagnostics. Using proven Analog Signature Analysis (ASA), it eliminates the risk of circuit damage from power application. The 3200S features hundreds of voltage, source resistance, and frequency combinations, making it suitable for diverse signal circuit cards and complex diagnostic requirements. It integrates with Huntron Workstation software for full test automation and can connect to Huntron Access Prober systems for robotic testing.
