The TekBox TBPCP4-5H50 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for surge and RF pulse current measurement applications in the time domain. With a characterized frequency range from 1 Hz to 100 MHz and a 3 dB bandwidth of 5 Hz to 50 MHz, the probe accurately measures dynamic current events in demanding environments.
