The TekBox TBPCP4-50H50 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for surge and RF pulse current monitoring in the time domain. It features a characterized frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 100 MHz with a 3 dB bandwidth of 50 Hz to 50 MHz. The 46 mm aperture provides versatility for various conductor sizes while maintaining balanced performance with transfer impedance of 0.25 V/A into 50 Ω loads and 0.5 V/A into high-impedance loads.
