The TekBox TBPCP2-3070 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for time-domain surge and RF pulse current measurements. With a characterized frequency range from 1 Hz to 200 MHz and a 3 dB bandwidth of 30 Hz to 70 MHz, it provides stable measurement capability across a wide frequency spectrum. The probe features a 25 mm aperture and delivers consistent transfer impedance of 0.05 V/A when terminated with 50 Ohm.
