Overview
The TekBox TBPCP1-20100 is an RF pulse current monitoring probe designed for surge and RF pulse current monitoring applications in the time domain. Unlike RF current monitoring probes designed for EMC applications (typically used in the frequency domain), the TBPCP1-20100 provides accurate measurements of pulse currents with a very flat frequency response from 20 Hz to 100 MHz and characterization over the frequency range from 1 Hz to 200 MHz.
