Overview

The Omega Engineering PX429-050GV is a high accuracy piezoresistive pressure transducer with a proven track record in high performance commercial and aerospace applications for over 25 years. It uses molecularly embedded strain gauges within a highly stable silicone wafer, sealed in a chamber protected by glass-to-metal seals and a stainless steel diaphragm. A sealed chamber with silicone oil transfers pressure from the diaphragm to the strain gauge bridge, providing exceptional accuracy, stability, and minimal thermal effects.
