SMC RAPTOR-C25 Primary Injection Testing System

Overview

The SMC RAPTOR-C25 is a high-power primary injection testing system for demanding electrical testing applications requiring sustained currents above 4,000 A. With 13.3 kVA combined power from the master unit and two slave units, the system eliminates the need for multiple turns around the device to reach distant loads, enabling direct high-current testing over typical 3-meter cable distances. The pass-through secondary design with centered hole maintains the same field-proven approach as the RAPTOR-C15 while doubling available power.

The C-25 configuration preserves all core Raptor system features: dynamic output stabilization, detachable touch-screen control console, comprehensive voltage and current measurement, test data storage with USB download, and Ethernet connectivity for remote updates. Pre-configured tests can be customized to meet specific test protocols and results are permanently archived for analysis and compliance documentation.
