The AMETEK Sorensen SGX Series modular DC power supplies represent the next generation of high-power programmable DC power supplies. Designed for exceptional load transient response, low noise, and the highest power density in the industry, the SGX160X31C-0ASAR provides 5 kW of output power at 160V and 31A. This 3U unit delivers reliable, stable power with modular architecture supporting parallel configuration up to 150 kW.

At the heart of the SGX series is a 5 kW power module that can be configured in different quantities to deliver 5 kW to 30 kW of power per chassis. The unit features an intuitive touchscreen interface for real-time control and monitoring, with standard LXI Ethernet and RS232 interfaces, and optional GPIB control capability.
