Overview

The AMETEK Sorensen SGX Series modular DC power supplies represent the next generation of high-power programmable DC power supplies. Designed for exceptional load transient response, low noise, and the highest power density in the industry, the SGX10X800D-0ASAR provides 8 kW of output power at 10V and 800A with 380/400 VAC input configuration. This 3U unit delivers reliable, stable power with modular architecture supporting parallel configuration up to 150 kW.

At the heart of the SGX series is a 5 kW power module that can be configured in different quantities to deliver 5 kW to 30 kW of power per chassis. The unit features an intuitive touchscreen interface for real-time control and monitoring, with standard LXI Ethernet and RS232 interfaces, and optional GPIB control capability.
