The Keysight U8487A is a USB thermocouple power sensor designed for average power measurements from 10 MHz to 50 GHz. It provides best-in-class power linearity of less than 0.8% and a wide dynamic range from -35 dBm to +20 dBm, making it ideal for millimeter-wave and high-frequency RF applications. The sensor connects directly to a PC via USB and includes real-time measurement uncertainty calculation and advanced calibration functions.
