Overview

The Tektronix P6015A/1R is a 1000:1 passive oscilloscope probe designed for high-voltage measurements of DC signals up to 20 kV RMS and pulses up to 40 kV peak (100 ms duration). With a 75 MHz bandwidth, it enables capture of fast, high-voltage signals in power electronics and industrial applications. The probe uses environmentally safe silicone dielectric that never requires refilling.
