Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZH11 is a 400 MHz passive high-voltage probe with 1000:1 attenuation ratio. It is designed for continuous RMS voltages up to 1000 V (CAT II) and peak pulse voltages up to 6000 V (CAT I). The probe offers adjustable low-frequency (LF) and high-frequency (HF) compensation, as well as adjustable DC dividing ratio to optimize performance across various measurement applications.
