Panel Meters & Displays

Panel meters and displays are fixed-mount instruments used to visualize process variables such as pressure, temperature, flow, weight, and voltage directly on control panels, switchboards, and enclosures. They accept signals from sensors and transmitters — including 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, thermocouple, and RTD inputs — and present readings in analog (needle/scale) or digital (LCD/LED) formats. Panel meters are essential in industrial automation, HVAC, water treatment, and manufacturing environments where operators need continuous, at-a-glance visibility into process conditions.

Modern panel displays often include alarm outputs, data logging capability, and serial or Ethernet communication ports, enabling integration with SCADA systems and industrial networks. Ruggedized variants are available with sealed front panels rated to IP65 or NEMA 4X for harsh environments.

Typical Applications

  • Displaying process pressure, temperature, or flow on industrial control panels
  • Weight and load monitoring in batching and filling systems
  • Voltage and current monitoring in power distribution panels
  • HVAC differential pressure indication in building automation systems
  • Multi-channel signal display in test and measurement rigs
