The Tektronix TPP0850 is an 800 MHz high-voltage passive probe engineered for testing power semiconductors, switch-mode power supplies, and emerging high-voltage power applications. With a 1000 VRMS CAT II rating and only 1.8 pF input capacitance, the TPP0850 provides safe and accurate measurements on switching circuits operating at 1200 VRMS and higher.
