Overview
The Keysight 1131B is a 3.5 GHz bandwidth differential probe amplifier designed for high-speed differential and single-ended probing in embedded designs. Part of the InfiniiMax series, it is optimized for use with Infiniium 2.5 to 3 GHz oscilloscopes. The probe features extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response, and patented resistor probe tip technology for ultra-low loading of the device under test and superior signal fidelity. The 1131B is the RoHS-compliant successor to the 1131A with 100% form, fit, and functional equivalence.
