Overview
The Tektronix TIVP1 is a second-generation IsoVu isolated differential probe optimized for use with 4, 5, and 6 Series Tektronix oscilloscopes. It delivers accurate differential measurements up to ±2500 V with galvanic isolation via power-over-fiber and optical analog signal path technology, making it ideal for floating measurements in power converter and motor drive designs.
