The Tektronix TIVP05L is a second-generation IsoVu isolated differential probe offering exceptional common mode rejection for accurate floating measurements in power electronics. Featuring 500 MHz bandwidth and ±2500V range, it is optimized for wide bandgap device testing including SiC and GaN applications where high voltage and high bandwidth are both required.
