Overview
The Tektronix TIVP05 is a second-generation IsoVu isolated differential probe for high-bandwidth measurements in power electronics. With 500 MHz bandwidth and galvanic isolation, the TIVP05 enables floating measurements up to ±2500V with exceptional common mode rejection. Optimized for Tektronix 4, 5, and 6 Series oscilloscopes, it combines high-speed signal capture with high-voltage capability for advanced power electronics testing.
