The Tektronix TIVP02L is a second-generation IsoVu isolated differential probe for precision measurements in power electronics. Using power-over-fiber technology with complete galvanic isolation, the TIVP02L enables floating measurements up to ±2500V with industry-leading common mode rejection. Optimized for Tektronix 4, 5, and 6 Series oscilloscopes, the compact form factor provides both high bandwidth and exceptional voltage measurement capability.
