The Tektronix TIVP02 is a second-generation isolated differential probe optimized for high-voltage power electronics measurements. It provides complete galvanic isolation using power-over-fiber technology with an optical analog signal path, enabling accurate differential measurements on high-voltage, high-speed circuits without ground loop interference or common mode voltage coupling.
