Overview
The Tektronix TIVH08 is a galvanically isolated differential probe designed for accurate measurement of high bandwidth, high voltage differential signals in the presence of large common mode voltages. Using electrooptic sensing technology, the TIVH08 converts electrical signals to optical signals, providing complete electrical isolation between the device under test and the oscilloscope. The probe features four separate lasers, an optical sensor, and five optical fibers with sophisticated feedback control.
