Overview

The Tektronix THDP0200 is an active differential probe designed for high-voltage applications, particularly in power electronics and motor drive circuits. It measures differential voltages up to ±1500 V with bandwidth support up to 200 MHz and slew rates up to 650 V/ns at 1/500 gain. The probe includes an overrange visual and audible indicator to alert users when measurements exceed the linear range.
