Overview

The Tektronix THDP0100 is a high-voltage differential probe designed for safe measurement of differential voltages up to ±6000 V. With support for bandwidths up to 100 MHz and slew rates up to 2500 V/ns at maximum gain, the THDP0100 offers the largest differential dynamic range capability in the THDP series. The probe features an overrange visual and audible indicator, switchable attenuation, and bandwidth limiting for flexible operation.
