The Tektronix TDP4000 is a 4GHz differential-ended active probe designed for high-speed electrical measurements with ultra-low input capacitance and versatile device under test connection capabilities. It connects directly to oscilloscopes using the TekVPI probe interface and provides excellent signal reproduction and fidelity for today's digital system designs.
