The Tektronix TDP1500 is a 1.5 GHz bandwidth differential probe designed for high-speed signal acquisition and measurement fidelity in digital system designs. With ultra-low input capacitance and versatile device under test (DUT) connection capabilities, this active probe reduces loading effects and maximizes system bandwidth when used with TekVPI interface oscilloscopes.
