Overview
The Tektronix TCP305A is an advanced AC/DC current measurement probe part of the TCP300 series. It enables highly accurate current measurements from DC to 50 MHz with a 50A DC continuous current rating. When connected to compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes with TEKPROBE Level II, TekConnect, or TekVPI interfaces, the probe provides automatic scaling, on-screen readout, and integrated measurement calculations.
