Overview
The Tektronix TCP0150 is a high-performance AC/DC current probe designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes via the TekVPI™ probe interface. It offers 20 MHz bandwidth with selectable 25 A and 150 A measurement ranges, enabling accurate measurement from 5 mA to 150 A DC with low noise and minimal drift. The split-core probe head allows easy connection to conductors without disconnecting circuits.
