The Tektronix TCP0030A is a high-performance AC/DC current probe designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI probe interface. It provides 120 MHz of bandwidth with selectable 5 A and 30 A measurement ranges, along with exceptional low-current measurement accuracy down to 1 mA. The split-core construction allows easy circuit connection without interrupting the circuit under test.
