Overview

The Tektronix TAP2500 is a single-ended active FET probe offering excellent high-speed electrical and mechanical performance for modern digital system designs. With 2.5 GHz bandwidth and exceptionally low input capacitance of 0.8 pF, the TAP2500 is ideal for verification, debug, and characterization of high-speed signals. The compact probe head is specifically designed for probing small geometry circuit elements and SMD components as small as 0.5 mm pitch.
