The Tektronix P6205 is a 750 MHz active FET probe designed for low-loading, high-impedance signal acquisition in high-speed digital systems. Part of Tektronix's line of Low Circuit Loading Signal Acquisition probes, it is compatible with Communications Signal Analyzers, Digitizing Signal Analyzers, 11000 Series oscilloscopes, and the TDS family of digital oscilloscopes. The exceptionally low 2 pF input capacitance provides minimal circuit loading for accurate measurements.
