Overview
Tektronix P5205 is an active differential probe designed for safely measuring floating voltages in circuits with voltage differentials up to ±1300V. With 100MHz bandwidth and switchable attenuation (50X/500X), it provides excellent signal fidelity for fast-rising signals in IGBT circuits, motor drives, and power converters. The probe communicates scale information directly to compatible Tektronix oscilloscopes via the TekProbe interface.
