Overview
The Tektronix P5202A is a 100 MHz active differential probe designed for safe measurement of fast-rising signals in floating circuits. Capable of measuring differential voltages up to 640 V, it is particularly suited for testing IGBT circuits in motor drives and power converters where traditional floating measurements would be unsafe. The probe features the Tektronix TekProbe® interface, which automatically communicates probe scaling information to compatible oscilloscopes.
