Overview

The Tektronix P5200A is an active differential probe that enables safe measurement of floating circuits without grounding the oscilloscope. It converts floating signals to low-voltage ground-referenced signals for display on any grounded oscilloscope. With a 1.3 kV differential rating, 1 kV to ground per channel, and 50 MHz bandwidth, it provides excellent signal fidelity and safety for high-voltage measurements.
