Keysight PS0006A Differential Probe Pod, 700MHz

Overview

The Keysight PS0006A is an optically isolated differential probe pod designed for safe and accurate high-voltage measurements. It features the AutoProbe 1 interface for seamless integration with Keysight Infiniium and InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. Galvanic isolation between the device under test and the oscilloscope prevents ground loops and allows measurement of floating nodes with common-mode voltages up to 60,000 V.
