The Keysight N2804A is a 300 MHz differential probe designed for superior high-voltage differential signal measurements. With a maximum differential voltage rating of ±300 VDC plus peak AC, the probe is ideal for characterizing switching power devices, DC-DC converters, class D amplifiers, and automotive buses. The probe features 100:1 attenuation ratio, high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of greater than 70 dB at 1 MHz, and extremely low loading characteristics to minimize circuit impact.
