Keysight N2795A Active Probe

Overview

The Keysight N2795A is a next-generation, single-ended active probe with 1-GHz bandwidth designed for low-loading signal measurements in digital system design, component characterization, and educational research. The probe features an extremely high input impedance of 1 MΩ and ultra-low input capacitance of only 1 pF, providing minimal loading of the device under test while maintaining excellent signal fidelity. With a wide dynamic range of ±8 V and offset range of ±8 V, the probe can accommodate a variety of signal levels and DC bias conditions.

The N2795A is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interface, eliminating the need for an external power supply. A built-in white LED headlight illuminates the circuit under test for improved visibility and precise probe placement. The probe is compatible with InfiniiVision 3000/3000T X-, 4000 X-, 5000, 6000 (except 100 MHz), 6000 X-, 7000 Series and Infiniium 9000, S-Series, and 90000A Series oscilloscopes.
