The Keysight N2752A is a 6GHz active differential probe designed for high-speed digital measurements and analog signal characterization. It integrates features needed for digital system design, component characterization, and differential serial bus measurements on Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with AutoProbe interface compatibility.
