Overview

The Keysight N2750A is a 1.5 GHz InfiniiMode active differential probe designed for general-purpose, high-speed differential probing in digital system design, component characterization, and differential serial bus measurements. Compatible with Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes with AutoProbe interface.
