Keysight E5383B Single-Ended Flying Leads

Overview

The Keysight E5383B is a single-ended flying lead probe set for logic analyzers with 40-pin cable connectors. It provides 17 channels (16 single-ended data and 1 single-ended clock) for acquiring signals from randomly located points on your target when probing points are dispersed or not designed in. The probe can be connected to designed-in connectors or used with an included IC test clip.
