The Keysight E2679B is a 6 GHz InfiniiMax single-ended probe head with a semi-permanent solder-in connection. The RoHS-compliant probe offers reliable, long-term signal coupling for single-ended measurements. It is functionally equivalent to the E2679A and includes a comprehensive set of replacement damping resistors and ground resistors.
