Description
Overview
The Keysight 1146A is an AC/DC current probe that provides accurate measurement of currents from 100 mA to 100 A rms without breaking the circuit. Using Hall-effect sensor technology, it can measure both AC and DC signals from DC to 100 kHz. The probe is compatible with all Keysight oscilloscopes and any scope with 0.2 to 0.5 V/div sensitivity, a minimum input impedance of 1 MΩ, and a BNC input connector.
Key Features
- Frequency range: DC to 100 kHz (-3dB with current derating)
- Current measurement ranges: 100 mV/A (100 mA to 10 A peak) or 10 mV/A (1 to 100 A peak)
- Hall-effect sensor technology for AC and DC measurements
- Maximum working voltage: 600 V
- Battery: 9 V alkaline
- Non-invasive measurement without breaking the circuit
