The Keysight 1134B is a 7 GHz InfiniiMax differential probe amplifier designed for high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs. It is fully compatible with Infiniium 6 GHz oscilloscopes and features extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response, and patented resistor probe tip technology that provides ultra-low loading of the device under test (DUT) and superior signal fidelity. The 1134B is the RoHS-compliant version of the 1134A, offering 100% form, fit, function, and price equivalence.
