The Keysight N4002A is an SNS series noise source designed to measure DUT noise figures reliably and accurately up to 30 dB from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz. The unit employs electronic storage of Excess Noise Ratio (ENR) calibration data and automatic download capabilities to reduce measurement setup time and user error. With temperature compensation and standard APC 3.5 connector, the N4002A provides the flexibility needed for high-frequency noise figure characterization.
