Overview
The Keysight N4001A SNS series noise source is designed for general-purpose noise figure measurements. It provides a nominal ENR of 15 dB across the 10 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range, enabling accurate and reliable measurement of devices with noise figures up to 30 dB. The unit features a low reflection coefficient and is equipped with an APC 3.5(m) connector as standard.
