Overview
The Keysight N4000A is a 10 MHz to 18 GHz SNS series noise source with nominal ENR of 6 dB. It is specifically designed for accurately measuring devices with low noise figures or devices whose gain is especially sensitive to small changes in source impedance. Most GaAs FETs and similar sensitive devices can be accurately and reliably measured with this device, even with noise figures up to 20 dB.
