Overview

The Keysight 8473D/003 is a high-performance planar-doped barrier diode detector with positive polarity output, designed for RF and microwave measurement applications. This detector features a gallium arsenide detecting element with excellent frequency response flatness and temperature stability across an extended frequency range from 10 MHz to 33 GHz.
