Overview
The Sycatus A0040A Optical Noise Analyzer is a sophisticated tool for investigating optical frequency noise characteristics of laser sources. The system separates white noise from 1/f noise components, enabling derivation of white noise linewidth composed entirely of white noise. Beyond optical frequency noise analysis, the A0040A includes conventional laser linewidth measurement functions and can share the same Keysight X-series signal analyzer with the A0010A RIN Measurement System, improving measurement convenience and investment efficiency.
