The Keysight 81613A is a Return Loss module designed for measuring return loss and reflection of single-mode fiber optic components. The module measures optical power into and reflected back from the device under test, then calculates and displays the return loss. Built-in functionality provides correct coupling and detection ratios while eliminating dark current and residual backscatter effects, ensuring accurate measurements across a wide dynamic range.
