Overview

The Keysight 81492A is a single-mode reference transmitter optimized for NRZ and PAM4 signals at baud-rates up to 56 Gbaud. It integrates internal lasers at 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths and supports external optical input for use with tunable laser sources. The module is fully integrated into Keysight's Optical Receiver Stress Test solutions and enables testing of modern high-speed optical communication standards.
