The Keysight 81491A is a reference transmitter designed to provide excellent eye quality for NRZ and PAM4 signals at baud-rates up to 32 Gbaud. It functions as a universal electro-optical converter and is fully integrated into Keysight's Optical Receiver Stress Test solutions for testing modern optical communication standards.
